Tucked away in Southern Italy, sits a beautiful villa set in the charming whitewashed old town of the “Borgui Piu belli D’Italia.” The villa is in the traditional style of the white Trulli architecture of the region and is situated within picturesque olive groves along with an outdoor pool, bar and social area - all only 15mins away from the beach.

A TYPICAL DAY

• First thing – breathwork & dynamic Yoga
• Breakfast – indulge in a delicious and nourishing breakfast on the terrace
• Get fit – your chance to get shredded with our water aerobics, fitness or Zumba sessions
• Downtime – pull out your favourite book and chill by the pool, enjoy a massage in the olive grove, visit the local town or head to the beach
• Sunset – restorative/Yin Yoga
• Dinner – family style dinner
• Dance class – master new Latin dance steps 
• Party/drinks – dance the night away to Latin & international beats or chill by the bar

Nutritious and tasty food is at the core of our agro-touristic retreat, with options to suit all palates (including vegetarian and vegan.)

A renowned chef whose passion is to fuse Latin flavours with international cuisine taking pride in creating sensational dishes bursting with exquisite ingredients.

His expertise is a cumulative blend of his years of travel. He combines the authenticity of his beloved Latin roots with influences from the many different cuisines within which he has immersed himself across Europe & South America.
