Artistic Director Fredy Montero is the ‘beating heart’ of Latin Soul, having founded the business in May 2010
Originally from Cali - Colombia, Fredy trained as a dancer and brings to Latin Soul an expert knowledge and extensive portfolio of professional experience as both a dance teacher and performer.

When Fredy is not dancing he is working with the Colombian embassy as a creative director or running his DancersOnDemand coaching business.
