Susy joined Latin Soul in 2008, with a background in Street Dance and Tap, Susy started training with the team in Salsa and Tango and performed in several private bookings. When we started offering Zumba, Susy was so excited because it’s the mix of high energy and Latin beats that she loves.

Susy has been teaching Zumba with us since the beginning and now offers Toning and Circuit classes for those who want to take their training to the next level. Susy has one rule in her classes – smile. Because if you’re not having fun in one of her classes, you’re doing it wrong.

If you see Susy around she’s always happy to talk about technique and building in ways to get more out of your classes with us, so do say hello.

Humphrey | Dancer & Group Fitness

Hi, I'm from Cali Colombia. My passion for dancing started in 2001 when I joined a dance group at my local gym. Soon after my passion led me to compete at the National Aerobics Championship where I came first in two consecutive years in the group and 'trio' categories. Few years later I qualified as a fitness instructor and was teaching fun classes including aerobics, step and Latin rhythms.

In 2005, I moved to Spain where not only did I fall in love with Spanish traditional rhythms 'Sevillanas' but also trained and became a certified coach for Pilates, Aquagym, Spinning, BodyJam, Zumba and Fitball which I taught for many years before moving to London in 2015.

I am the newest member of the Latin Soul family and I am delighted with how welcome the team and members have made me feel. I will always aims to give the best of me. Come and say hello at Zumba and Salsa Soul 🙂
