Checkout Users / monthly subscription or pay with card
– Subscription/Membership: Our prepaid monthly plans require you to provide us with your Personal data in order to create and valid account and securely collect your monthly fee via Stripe Co. Stripe will store your payments details and collect the agree amount monthly until you cancel your subscription.
– Prepaid services and single transactions: whilst you may be paying by card for these products we do not store your Personal Data but do keep your Contact information provided that you are happy to stay in touch with us or become a frequent Latin Soul customer.
Personal Data includes your payment card information, your email address, your mobile phone number, and billing and shipping address.
Contact information includes your name, email address and telephone number.
Marketing and Cookies Opt-Out
We may occasionally email you with information about offers or new services. If you do not wish to receive this marketing material then please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also opt out of these email communications by clicking on the unsubscribe button on our newsletters.
