What is Pilates:
Pilates is a body conditioning program designed to lengthen and tone the body with particular emphasis on core strength.
Pilates exercises are done on a mat using the deep stabilizing muscles of the body to perform movements that use gravity and body weight.
When: Wednesdays – 8:30pm
Price: £10 PAYG – £32 (4 week course) – Free for members with unlimited pass.
Mat: You can bring your own or purchase one at the door for £8
