Insanity Class Description

Insanity Live is a completely different experience from what you have done or seen on the DVD workouts at home… the thrill, buzz and motivation that you will get from training in a group class will make you want to ‘Dig deeper’. Our Insanity classes in London are taught in stages with safety being our priority making this class suitable for complete beginners.
