Bringing you years of core strengthening and techniques obtained from dancing and fitness training into our very own 15mins CORE 15. A combination of floorwork and standing abs blasting exercises for all.
You will feel the results within the first class… not only will you be guided you through the correct form but also encourage to do ‘one more crunch’ This class is becoming very popular and is being attended by people just like you… the not gym lovers.
Please bring your own mat.
